الاستبدال والإرجاع — VELORA

رضاكِ يهمّنا. يمكنك طلب الإرجاع أو الاستبدال خلال يوم واحد من استلام الطلب، بشرط أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية وغير مستخدم وبكامل تغليفه. ولأسباب صحّية، لا يمكن إرجاع منتجات التجميل والعناية بعد فتحها أو استخدامها إلا إذا وصلت تالفة أو بها عيب مصنعي. في حال وصول منتج تالف أو خاطئ، تواصل معنا خلال 48 ساعة مع صورة للمنتج وسنستبدله أو نردّ قيمته. بعد استلام المُرتجع وفحصه، يتم الاسترداد خلال 5 إلى 7 أيام عمل بنفس طريقة الدفع. لطلب الإرجاع: info@gettvelora.com

Your satisfaction matters to us. You may request a return or exchange within 1 day of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original condition and full packaging. For hygiene reasons, beauty and personal-care products cannot be returned once opened or used, unless they arrived damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we will replace it or refund it.
